Brice Dermo is a graduate of Carrollton High School and a resident of Dallas, Georgia. Brice has a previous background in real estate, and then non-QM mortgage lending. Brice is a licensed loan originator in Georgia, and is one of our loan processors ensuring all files are handled with expertise and care!
Brice is married to his beautiful wife, Emily, and they have a son, Tate. Brice enjoys golfing, and hanging out with his family. He is very involved in his church where he is a Sunday School teacher for 2nd grade at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church.
